INVITATION TO BID – WARRENTON MARINA IMPROVEMENT

Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM, local time, October 15, 2025 by Jessica McDonald, Harbormaster, at the Warrenton Marina Office 501 NE Harbor Place, Warrenton, OR 97146.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The intent of this contract is to replace 10 steel pilings along the Warrenton Marinas Commercial E Dock and inner basin A Dock by the vibration method. The following is a brief summary of the major elements of work that are to be provided by the contractor

The Oregon Department of Forestry ended Fire Season on October 16, 2024. Clatsop County Fire Defense Board also lifted the county wide burn ban. Please note, Warrenton residents will need a valid burn permit from the Warrenton Fire Department.

The City of Warrenton is requesting proposals from qualified and interested individuals and/or firms to represent the City in real estate negotiations and transactions.  If you are interested in assisting the City with the selling and buying of property, please review the attached RFP and submit your proposal as outlined.
