This project is crucial for ensuring the resilience and reliability of our water infrastructure in the event of a seismic event. Completion of this project will fulfill the remaining requirements to certify our Water Master Plan, created in 2018, as stipulated by the Oregon Health Authority.

The City has identified a need for additional raw water storage to respond to regional growth, climate change, and community demands. Currently, the City has a 16-million-gallon raw water reservoir and aims to increase this capacity to at least 30 million gallons.
