RFQ: East Harbor to Downtown Water Line Upsize

The City of Warrenton is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms or individuals capable of providing the city with a project scope for the design and bid phase services for the East Harbor to Downtown Water Line Upsize (Project).This project involves upsizing approximately 4,600 lf of 6-inch and 8-inch pipe with an 18-inch pipe as part of the City’s capital improvement program.

City Offices Closed Monday May 30th

City of Warrenton offices will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 30th. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st at normal operational hours.

Sidewalk In Lieu Option

Per the Warrenton Municipal Code 16.136.020.J.1. Fee in Lieu Option: An applicant may request or the City may require the applicant to pay a fee in lieu of constructing sidewalks and frontage improvements to be approved by the City Public Works Director or designee.  The form for calculating the Fee-in Lieu is located on this page.
