Street Vacation

Vacating a street takes:

Time

This is not an “overnight” solution. If the proposal is complex or controversial, vacating a street can be a lengthy process. And, it can take a lot of your time; 3-6 months is an average timeline.

Request an Inspection

Work requiring permits require inspections to verify that components and systems are installed and completed in accordance with the Oregon Building Codes and the City of Warrenton Municipal Code.

There are several codes which regulate construction of buildings and related structures in the City of Warrenton. Many of these codes are statewide codes adopted through the Oregon Building Codes Division and locally administered by the Building Department.
