Development Experience Task Force Meetings

The City of Warrenton Development Experience Task Force will meet on the following dates and times:

  • September 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM
  • October 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM
  • January 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM
  • February 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM

The purpose of the meetings is to review the city’s development process within the past two years, focusing on timelines, communication, and customer experience. The final report, which will be presented to the Commission, will identify key issues, summarize projects and feedback, and provide recommendations and timelines aimed at improving the overall process and experience for both customers and staff.

Meetings will be held at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S Main Ave. For the most up to date information, visit the City’s website under "Agendas & Minutes."

Warrenton City Hall is accessible to the disabled.  An interpreter for the hearing impaired may be requested under the terms of ORS 192.630 by contacting Dawne Shaw, City Recorder, at 503-861-0823 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so appropriate assistance can be provided.
