The City of Warrenton is hosting a "charrette" to master plan a new neighborhood near Spur 104 and Ensign Lane. This 19 acre area was recently "upzoned" to allow mixed use commercial and high density residential. The City has hired SERA Architects to help guide and design the new neighborhood in an interactive process called a charrette. This three day workshop is open to the public and open houses are featured each day to allow the public to review the progress. The final day features an open house and a presentation to the Planning Commission on May 9.
