The City of Warrenton is seeking a Librarian/Project Manager for a part time temporary position with the Warrenton Community Library.  This position will oversee the Library’s automation project which will include automating the Library, adding or merging catalog holdings to a shared integrated Library System using The Library Corporation, setting up circulation workflow preferences, training volunteers and staff on the use of the circulation and cataloging workflows, and generally overseeing the full automation project.  The Library currently holds approximately 20,000 items.

The City of Warrenton has a full-time, nonexempt position open for DEPUTY CITY RECORDER.

The City of Warrenton is accepting applications for a Warrenton Community Center Maintainer.  The maintainer ensures the community center is in good condition before and after each rental.  Duties include housekeeping/janitorial upkeep, paperwork, ordering supplies, and general light maintenance of the facility.  See application packet attached below.

ENTRY LEVEL / LATERAL POLICE OFFICER, City of Warrenton, OR.  Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, 21 years of age, U.S. citizen, valid driver’s license, ability to read and write English, no felony convictions. College education desired but not required. Candidates must complete pre-employment testing and screening process.  Current salary range is $3912 - $5117 per month depending on qualifications, excellent benefits, incentive pay, $125 per month for intermediate cert or $200 with advance cert, +5% senior officer pay after 7-years. EOE.

GIS II TECHNICIAN

City of Warrenton is accepting applications for a FT,  GIS II TECHNICIAN.  Salary range $3,880.37 – $4,713.74 monthly, benefits including PERS/OPSRP, represented by AFSCME.  REQUIRES: Valid Drivers License, HS diploma or equivalent, pre-employment background check, physical and drug test.

The City of Warrenton is again seeking applicants for a volunteer park host who lives on site at Carruthers Park, 1560 NW Warrenton Dr. for a period of six months.  Water, sewer, garbage and electric provided.
