Qualified Pool – Annual Renewal

The City of Warrenton is seeking to update its list of qualified consultants interested in providing Architectural, Engineering, Photogrammetric Mapping, Transportation Planning, Land Surveying, and Related Services on an as-needed basis.

This solicitation represents the City’s annual renewal and republication of its existing Qualified Pool in accordance with Warrenton Municipal Code § 3.28.120(A)–(B). The process allows current firms to remain active and provides an opportunity for new consultants to be considered for inclusion.

Interested firms must submit one digital copy of their Statement of Qualifications by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, to:
bids@warrentonoregon.us

Proposal selection is qualification-based and all proposals must meet the submittal requirements outlined in the RFQ. Submissions will be evaluated according to the proposer’s experience, expertise, qualifications, and approach to project management and delivery.
