Fort Point Land Partners, LLC has applied for a modification to conditions of approval 28 of MC-23-3 to modify allowed uses in the wetland tract. 

Andrea Darus has applied for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP-24-7, to add a food cart to the address 984 Pacific Drive.

The applicant for Rainwater Properties, Rick Van Sant, is appealing Type II Decision LP-24-1 for clarification on density requirement. 

Carl Gomoll is appealing Type II Decision MC-24-1 to provide additional protected space around a private easement.

The City of Warrenton has three positions open for election in November:

1)   Position #1; Commissioner Gerald Poe - term expires December 31, 2024

2)   Position #2;  Commissioner Jess Sollaccio – term expires December 31, 2024
