INVITATION TO BID – HAMMOND MARINA IMPROVEMENT

Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM, local time, October 15, 2025 by Jessica McDonald, Harbormaster, at the Warrenton Marina Office 501 NE Harbor Place, Warrenton, OR 97146.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The intent of this contract is to replace approximately 20 steel pilings in the Hammond Marina by the vibration method. The following is a brief summary of the major elements of work that are to be provided by the contractor

1. Replace 20 steel pilings 10 inch in diameter. 

Michelle Dieffenbach of Rickenbach Construction Inc., on behalf of Starlight One LLC. has submitted an application to develop 5 adjoining lots into a fishermans gearshed with housing units up above on Taxlots 81021AD01400, 81021AD01500, 81021AD01600, 81021AD01700, 81021AD01800, and 81021AD01900.
