Public Notice - Possible Quorum

A quorum of the Warrenton City Commission may be present at the Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) pre-submittal meeting for the Hammond Marina Project. The meeting is scheduled on October 31st, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Warrenton City Hall. No action by the Warrenton City Commission is anticipated.

RFEI - Pre-Submittal Meeting

The Commission of the City of Warrenton seeks Expressions of Interests from creative, experienced developers to redevelop the Hammond Marina commercial lease site with a multi-business or partnership plan. The site is approximately 1.3 acres and consists currently of 3 buildings and part of an adjacent fenced yard. Developers may propose use or development of the entire site, or only a portion of it.

RFQ: Project Scoping and Preliminary Design- Tide Gate #9

The City of Warrenton has been awarded Special Public Works Funds to be used for project scoping and preliminary design of Warrenton’s tide gate #9 to replace/upgrade that tide gate in the future. This project is funded by the Infrastructure Finance Authority of the Oregon Business Development Department (“OBDD”) to hire a firm that will manage the project and complete the scoping and preliminary design work.
This Project was funded in part by the Oregon State Lottery and administered by the Oregon Business Development Department.
