A public hearing is scheduled before the Warrenton City Commission on September 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Warrenton City Hall, 225 S Main Avenue Warrenton, OR 97146 regarding the following land use application(s):

Ordinance ORD-25-1 submitted by the City of Warrenton to change the name of NE Iredale Ave to Isobar Ave. APPLICABLE CRITERIA: WMC 16.208 TYPES OF APPLICATIONS AND REVIEW PROCEDURES.

Community Center Maintainer

The City of Warrenton is accepting applications for Warrenton Community Center
Maintainer. The maintainer makes sure that the community center is in good condition
before and after each rental. Duties include: housekeeping/janitorial upkeep, paperwork,
ordering supplies, and general light maintenance of the facility. $17.25 per hour/approx.
10 hours a week or less, including nights and weekends. Hours vary depending upon use of
the facility.
