NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton, to give residents the opportunity to comment on Ordinance 1293, revising Warrenton Municipal Code 8.20.010 and 8.20.020, to repeal the supplementation of fluoride to its public water supply.

City of Warrenton Public Works Department is accepting applications for a Utility Worker I or II
depending on qualifications and experience.

UTILITY WORKER I
Salary range 18: $3,865.73 - $4,473.99 monthly. An AFSCME union position w/excellent
benefits including PERS/OPSRP, Medical, Life and AD&D insurance, paid vacation, holidays
and sick leave. City pays employee portion of PERS/OPSRP.

The City of Warrenton Public Works Department is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Hammond Transmission Waterline Project – Phase 1.

Project Description
The intent of this contract is to enhance the City’s water transmission system in the Hammond community. The following is a summary of the major elements of Work that are to be provided by the Contractor. 

Jason Palmberg has applied to establish two four-plexes at Taxlot 81028AC01702 and Taxlot 81028AC01703.

Lance Nunn has applied to establish a branch of the Oregon Coast Bank at Taxlot 81027AB06400.

Ernesto Fistolera has applied to establish a manufactured dwelling at Taxlot 81008AB02905.

Ernesto Fistolera has applied to establish a manufactured dwelling at Taxlot 81008AB02905.
