Waste Water Environmental Survey

In order to comply with Oregon DEQ requirements and our NPDES permit to determine the presence of any industrial users discharging wastewaters subject to pretreatment and submit a report on the findings to DEQ, we must conduct an industrial user survey as described in 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(i-iii).  The purpose of the survey is to identify whether there are any industrial users discharging to the Public Owned Treatment Works, and assure regulatory oversight of these discharges to state waters.
