WARRENTON CITY COMMISSION

ANNUAL RETREAT – 02/22/20

The Warrenton City Commission will hold their Annual Retreat on Saturday, February 22, 2020, beginning at 9:00 a.m.,
in the Fire Training Room in City Hall, 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton, Oregon 97146.  The purpose of the retreat is 
to discuss City Commission goals and direction. 

February 18 - 21, the Public Works department will be conducting smoke testing of the sewer lines in the SE Marlin area. Please avoid any unnecessary exposure to the smoke. While relatively harmless, it may cause irritation to nasal passages. Any irritation will be temporary and should quickly disappear after exposure has ceased. Persons with heart and/or respiratory ailments should leave the home during the test. Be sure any house pets are provided proper ventilation or are removed from the home.

The City of Warrenton Economic Development Strategy Request for Qualifications (RFQ) due 11:00 am, March 9, 2020. The City of Warrenton, OR is conducting a formal selection procedure for professional services to prepare its first ever Economic Development Strategy. The City plans to award a contract to the highest ranked proposer selected from those teams submitting qualifications. The deadline is March 9, 2020, including 5 hard copies and 1 digital copy.

ACCOUNTING CLERK: PT (25 hours per week) non-exempt position.  Salary Range 17 (62.5%) $2,137.49 – 2,598.14 mo. + excellent benefits.
