The City of Warrenton Public Works is conducting a survey of non-residential users connected to its sanitary sewer system to determine the presence of any industrial users discharging wastewater subject to pretreatment. The City of Warrenton Public Works rely on your answers to help achieve our commitment of providing a Municipality that meets the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency’s mandated Industrial Pretreatment Program.

The Building and Planning Departments will be closed on Tuesdays from 10:00am-11:00am for staff training starting today. This training is to implement the State's ePermiting system that will streamline the permit process. We thank you for your patience.

The Warrenton City Commission and the Warrenton Urban Renewal Agency will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is for Consideration of Request to Advertise for Bids – Warrenton Work Pier Rehabilitation Project. The meeting location is Warrenton City Hall, Commission Chambers, 225 S. Main, Warrenton, Oregon.

The Warrenton City Commission will hold an executive session after its regular meeting on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.  The executive session is under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(f); to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection; and ORS 192.660(2)(b); to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent who does not request an open hearing.

A quorum of the Warrenton City Commission may be present at an “I Love Hammond” get together. The event is scheduled for July 29^th beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Hammond Marina viewpoint. No action by the Warrenton City Commission is anticipated. This is not a City of Warrenton sponsored event.

The City Commission will hold an Executive Session beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2022. The executive session is under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(a); to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. Executive Sessions are closed to the public. A Special Meeting of the Warrenton City Commission will follow. It is expected the City Commission will take action to hire a City Manager during the special meeting.The meeting location is Warrenton City Hall, Commission Chambers, 225 S. Main, Warrenton, Oregon.
