City offices will be closed on Monday, July 4th, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022.

City Offices Closed Monday May 30th

City of Warrenton offices will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 30th. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st at normal operational hours.

PUBLIC NOTICE - QUORUM PRESENT AT JOINT WORK SESSION

A quorum of the Warrenton City Commission may be present at a Countywide Elected Officials Joint Work Session. The Work Session is scheduled for May 18th beginning at 5:00 p.m., at the Clatsop County Fairgrounds. For the agenda and further details, please visit the county website. No action by the Warrenton City Commission is anticipated.

Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Warrenton, Clatsop County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, will be held at the Warrenton City Hall Commission Chambers, 225 S Main Avenue, Warrenton.  The meeting will take place on the 14th day of May, 2022 at 9:00am.  The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.  A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 29, 2022 at Warrenton City Hall betw

WPD to host Drug Take-Back Event

***DRUG TAKE-BACK EVENT***

The WPD will be participating in the National Drug Take-Back Initiative with the DEA:

  • this Saturday, April 30th
  • 10am to 2pm
  • Warrenton Police Station (225 S. Main Ave.)
  • Drive-thru, curbside Drop-Off by the 2nd Street entrance

We will accept all prescription meds, over-the-counter meds, vitamins, liquids, patches, and sharps. We have a limited supply of FREE medication lock-boxes we will be giving away (until they are gone).
