The public is invited to a Meet & Greet to meet with City Commission applicants. The Meet & Greet will take place on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 5:00 pm in City Hall.

The city commission will vote to fill vacant Position No. 3 at their October 28th meeting.

The Oregon Department of Forestry ended Fire Season on October 2, 2025. Clatsop County Fire Defense Board also lifted the county wide burn ban. Please note, Warrenton residents will need a valid burn permit from the Warrenton Fire Department.

The Warrenton City Commission is accepting applications for City Commissioner, Position No. 3. Interested parties are invited to complete the attached application and return it to the City Recorder, no later than 12:00/noon on Monday, October 20, 2025. There will be a public Meet & Greet for all applicants at 5:00 pm, October 27, 2025, in City Hall. The public is invited to meet the applicants.

INVITATION TO BID – HAMMOND MARINA IMPROVEMENT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The intent of this contract is to replace approximately 20 steel pilings in the Hammond Marina by the vibration method. The following is a brief summary of the major elements of work that are to be provided by the contractor

1. Replace 20 steel pilings 12 inch in diameter.

The City of Warrenton Community Center Advisory Board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main, Warrenton. Advisory Board meetings are open to the public.

The Warrenton City Commission will hold a virtual Special Meeting on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 4:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is for Consideration of a Road Closure for the Iredale Replacement Project. The Special Meeting will be held via Zoom only (unless other accommodations are requested 48 hours in advance).
