INVITATION TO BID – HAMMOND MARINA IMPROVEMENT

Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM, local time, October 15, 2025 by Jessica McDonald, Harbormaster, at the Warrenton Marina Office 501 NE Harbor Place, Warrenton, OR 97146.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The intent of this contract is to replace approximately 20 steel pilings in the Hammond Marina by the vibration method. The following is a brief summary of the major elements of work that are to be provided by the contractor

1. Replace 20 steel pilings 10 inch in diameter.

Special Meeting – 9/17/2025

The City of Warrenton Community Center Advisory Board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main, Warrenton. Advisory Board meetings are open to the public.

The Warrenton City Commission will hold a virtual Special Meeting on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 4:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is for Consideration of a Road Closure for the Iredale Replacement Project. The Special Meeting will be held via Zoom only (unless other accommodations are requested 48 hours in advance). Ordinance ORD-25-1 submitted by the City of Warrenton to change the name of NE Iredale Ave to Isobar Ave. APPLICABLE CRITERIA: WMC 16.208 TYPES OF APPLICATIONS AND REVIEW PROCEDURES.

The City of Warrenton is transitioning to an annual process for Community Grant requests from non-profit groups. Please see that attached letter and application form for further details. In the past, request for support of non-profit events and projects, including use of the community center were received all year long.
