NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION

OF AN UNDEVELOPED UNNAMED RIGHT-OF-WAY

IN THE SUBDIVISION OF TRACT 3, CHELSEA ADDITION

A quorum of the Warrenton City Commission may be present at the Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) pre-submittal meeting for the Hammond Marina Project. The meeting is scheduled on October 31^st, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Warrenton City Hall. No action by the Warrenton City Commission is anticipated.

The City of Warrenton has been awarded Special Public Works Funds to be used for project scoping and preliminary design of Warrenton’s tide gate #9 to replace/upgrade that tide gate in the future. This project is funded by the Infrastructure Finance Authority of the Oregon Business Development Department (“OBDD”) to hire a firm that will manage the project and complete the scoping and preliminary design work.
This Project was funded in part by the Oregon State Lottery and administered by the Oregon Business Development Department.

CALL FOR BIDS - PUBLIC WORKS IMPROVEMENT

Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM, local time, on October 26, 2023, by Greg Shafer, Public Works Director, at the front desk of Warrenton City Hall, 225 South Main Avenue, Warrenton, OR 97146 or by mail to: City of Warrenton, Attn: Greg Shafer, PO Box 250, Warrenton, OR 97146.

CALL FOR BIDS - PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The Commission of the City of Warrenton seeks Expressions of Interests from creative, experienced developers to redevelop the Hammond Marina commercial lease site with a multi-business or partnership plan. The site is approximately 1.3 acres and consists currently of 3 buildings and part of an adjacent fenced yard.

CALL FOR BIDS - PUBLIC WORKS IMPROVEMENT
Sealed bids for the Main Avenue At 9th Street Safe Routes To School Project will be received by the Public Works
Director at 2:00 PM, local time on October 5, 2023 in the City of Warrenton Commission Chambers, at which time
and place they will be publicly displayed and read aloud. No bids will be accepted after this time.
