The Warrenton City Commission and the Planning Commission will hold a Joint Work Session on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at 4:30 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss planning and development issues. The meeting location is Warrenton City Hall, Commission Chambers, 225 S. Main, Warrenton, Oregon.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Warrenton is seeking proposals from qualified agencies for Insurance Agent Services. 

The request for proposal documents are available from the City of Warrenton, Finance Department, 225 S Main Ave., PO Box 250, Warrenton, OR  97146, (503)861-2233 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, or can be found at the link below. 

The Warrenton Urban Renewal Agency will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at 1:30 p.m.  The purpose of the meeting is to conduct possible real property transactions. The meeting location is Warrenton City Hall, Commission Chambers, 225 S. Main, Warrenton, Oregon.

Warrenton City Hall is accessible to the disabled.  An interpreter for the hearing impaired may be requested under the terms of ORS 192.630 by contacting the City Recorder, at 503-861-2233 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so appropriate assistance can be provided.

The public is invited to learn about the findings and offer their own questions and comments at the two open house gatherings.  Two sessions are scheduled:

Thursday, Nov. 1, 5:30-7:30 pm - Judge Boyington Building, 857 Commercial St., Astoria

Thursday, Nov. 13, 5:30-7:30 pm - Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway

The Warrenton City Commission will hold an executive session after its regular meeting on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.  The executive session is under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(e) to deliberate with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. The meeting location is Warrenton City Hall, Commission Chambers, 225 S. Main, Warrenton, Oregon.

Attached is the Hammond Marina Task Force Recommendations report, as presented to the City Commission at the October 9, 2018 City Commission meeting.
