CITY OF WARRENTON - NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPOSED SALE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that the City of Warrenton proposes to sell to VFW Post/Auxiliary #10580 certain real property, located at 861 Pacific Drive, Hammond, OR 97121. A legal description of the property is available by contacting the City Recorder as described below.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A public hearing on the following land use application was opened by the Warrenton City Commission on January 28, 2025. A continuation of the hearing will be conducted by the Warrenton City Commission on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S Main Avenue Warrenton, OR 97146.

Public Notice - Possible Quorum of the Community Center Advisory Board

A quorum of the Warrenton Community Center Advisory Board may be present at the Breakfast with the Easter Bunny event on April 6th at 8:00 AM, as well as on April 5th at 9:00 AM for event setup. This event will take place at the Warrenton Community Center. Please note that no decisions will be made by the Community Center Advisory Board during this time.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton, to give residents the opportunity to comment on amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Warrenton Municipal Code to Adopt an Exception to Statewide Planning Goal 16 and Modify Standards Regarding Flowlane Disposal in the Columbia River.  

Notice of Public Hearing Cancellation

A previously noticed public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for the Port of Astoria’s Appeal of Land Use Decision - Appeal AP-24-7 has been cancelled due to the appeal being withdrawn by the appellant.

Join Mayor Balensifer on Tuesday, November 12th, and Monday, November 25th, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Warrenton City Hall for Morning with the Mayor.

Please note that Morning with the Mayor is typically held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, but due to a holiday, the schedule has been adjusted for this month.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton, to give residents the opportunity to comment on an Appeal of System Development Charges (SDC) – 65 Hwy 101.
