SPECIAL MEETING – 12/13/21

CANCELED MEETING – 12/20/21

The Warrenton Marinas Advisory Committee will hold a special meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021 to discuss budget items. The regular meeting on Monday, December 20, 2021 has been canceled. The meeting location is at the Warrenton Marina Office, 501 NE Harbor Place, Warrenton, Oregon. Advisory Committee meetings are open to the public.

City offices will be closed on Thursday, November 25, 2021 and Friday, November 26, 2021.There will be no garbage service on Thursday, November 25. If your normal day is Thursday, your garbage will be picked up on Friday, November 26. City offices will reopen on Monday, November 29, 2021.

Warrenton, OR – On Saturday, November 20, 2021, around 7:51pm the Warrenton Police Department was dispatched to the parking lot of Walgreen’s (1625 E. Harbor Dr.) for a stabbing. It was reported that an employee had been stabbed while in the parking lot and the suspect fled the area on foot. WPD officers arrived and while one attended to the victim the other officer began searching the area. Officers from the Astoria Police Department and Deputies from the Clatsop County Sheriffs Office also arrived in the area and assisted in looking for the suspect.

The Library is closed Thursday Nov. 25, Friday Nov. 26 and Saturday Nov. 27 in order for Library staff to enjoy time with their families.  We will reopen Monday Nov. 29 @ 10AM.

The Warrenton Marinas Advisory Committee will hold a special meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday November 15, 2021 to discuss capital improvements. The meeting location is at the Warrenton Marina Office, 501 NE Harbor Place, Warrenton, Oregon. Advisory Committee meetings are open to the public.

Due to a lack of quorum the October Community Center Advisory Board Meeting has bee rescheduled for Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 4:00pm at the Community Center.

CHANGE OF MEETING DATE – 11/4/21

The Warrenton Planning Commission meeting date has been changed from Thursday, November 11, 2021, to Thursday, November 4, 2021 due to the regular meeting date falling on a holiday. The meeting location is at City Hall, 225 S Main Avenue, Warrenton, Oregon. Planning Commission meetings are open to the public.
