2021 FIRE SEASON RESTRICTIONS

Fire Season declared at 01:00 am, June 22,  2021.

The following Guidelines have been adopted and will be followed for burning within Clatsop County during fire season.

Notice of Public Hearing - State Revenue Sharing

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton, to give residents the opportunity to comment on use of State Revenue Sharing funds in the City’s 2021-2022 budget. State Revenue Funds include Highway User Taxes, Liquor Tax, Cigarette Tax, and State Revenue Sharing (liquor).  A copy of the proposed FY 2021-2022 budget may be found on the City’s website: www.ci.warrenton.or.us.

The Planning Commission meeting for June 10, 2021 has been CANCELED. The next regularly scheduled meeting is Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.

WARRENTON TEENS NEEDED

Are you a teen, 13 to 17 years old, who lives in the Warrenton Area? Do you feel like you don't really have a place where you can have fun with your friends and be yourself? Have you always wanted to host or attend book clubs, arts & crafts hangouts, writing workshops, d&d groups, or any other activity you can dream of? Come to the Warrenton Community Library on May 27th at 4:30 p.m. to learn more, make crafts, eat snacks, and get to know each other! This is YOUR library, and we need your help in making it a place you want to be!

Economic Opportunity Analysis

The City of Warrenton completed an Economic Opportunity Analysis (EOA) in 2021. The below infographics provide more information about what the EOA is and why it is important. You can also view the final EOA below.
